Reports have indicated that Fox Sports 1’s will be experiencing major changes coming soon.

Co-host Shannon Sharpe is said to be leaving the show after reaching a buyout deal.

It is said that Sharpe will stay on the air with co-host Skip Bayless while the NBA finals continue. He is expected to be featured on the show for the last time shortly after that.

Not only will Sharpe’s time on that show be coming to an end, but his podcast, Club Shay Shay, will no longer be a part of the network either.

No details about a replacement have been noted at this time.

Problems had risen between Sharpe and Bayless after Bayless tweeted following Damar Hamlin’s cardiac arrest on the field on Jan. 2. Sharpe had urged that Bayless delete the tweet and wasn’t on the show the next day. Reports also note that Sharpe wanted to have more decision-making capabilities when it came to the program.

Before his time on television, Sharpe was in the NFL for 14 seasons as a tight end. He was named to eight Pro Bowls and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.
