A man was struck by another vehicle after he collided into a light pole in Duncanville early Sunday morning.
According to reports Damon Christopher Bullock Jr was driving westbound on Danieldale before he crashed into a light pole.
Bullock then stepped out of his vehicle and began walking in the eastbound lanes before he was struck by a Pontiac Grand Am.
The driver of the Grand Am stopped and immediately called police. Once police arrived Bullock was transported to a nearby hospital where he later died due to his injuries.
Duncanville police spoke with the driver of the Grand Am and determined there were no indications of alcohol or drug use involved. He was released with no charges pending against him. 
Detectives are still investigating to find out the cause of the initial crash with Bullock.
