The white coffin of Lucia Guara 10, and her sister, Emma, 4, was decorated with pink and purple ribbons. Their funeral was held Tuesday just blocks from where the Champlain Towers South building collapsed in Florida. Their parents also perished in the condo disaster.
Lucia, “Lula Bear,” was known to be loving and liked watching “Jeopardy,” with her parents. A while back she had requested that her father give her tooth fairy money to a children’s hospital. She stated they needed the money more.
Furthermore, Emma is said to have been the family’s princess. She was a developing artist and enjoyed piggyback rides from her parents.
“May we all connect with family as Lucia would… we all move in grace as Emma would. May we all be devoted and loyal as Marcus and Anaely were,” stated a relative.
