A 24 year old Caddo Parish Substitute teacher has been arrested after offering students $5 a piece to bully a classmate.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on August 23 at North Caddo Elementary Middle School.

According to reports, 24 year old Aadrina Smith was substituting as a special needs teacher at the elementary school when she offered five students to bully one of their classmates.

It was said Smith was seen “verbally communicating” with the students and even congratulating a few of them.

Apparently, Smith sat on the bleachers while the student laid on the ground and didn’t offer or try to go and render aid to the child. It was also said that Smith did not report the incident.

On Monday Smith was arrested and charged with five counts of contributing to the delinquency of juveniles and malfeasance in office. More charged may be filed.

Her bond is set at $10,000.
