Fort Worth police arrested a man Monday evening for the murder of 3 dismembered bodies found in a dumpster last week.
Jason Thornburg,41, was arrested in Euless and charged with capital murder of multiple persons.
On September 22 Fort Worth firefighters responded to a fire on Bonnie Dr.
Once they arrived and got the fire under control they discovered a young child’s body, a teenager or young adult female and a third victim identified as David Lueras,42.
The bodies were severely burned and some parts dismembered.
Authorities have not said what led them to the suspect.
The motive behind the murders are still unclear.
Police did say Lueras has an extensive criminal history, including drug possession, theft and fraud.
