Dallas police have arrested a man for the fatal stabbing of another man early Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 1800 block of McBroom St.
Upon arrival officers found the victim, Wendell Earl Jeffrey,56 suffering from a stab wound and the suspect suffering from a gunshot wound.
Both were transported to an area hospital where Jeffrey died from his injuries and the suspect was treated for non life threatening injuries.
Once released from the hospital the 52 year old suspect will be charged with murder.
