A man in Dallas was arrested in connection with the murder of former NBA Star Andre Emmett,37 and another remains at large.
According to reports Keith Johnson,32 was booked into Dallas County Jail Saturday evening on unrelated charges and has now been charged with capital murder.
Police also are looking for Michael Lucky,29 who they believe is also a suspect in Emmett’s murder.
Authorities say it is unclear if Johnson was the actual shooter but he was still in custody as of Sunday evening on a $500,000 bond.
No other information has been given at this time.
Emmett was killed on September 23 when two suspects robbed him and then killed him while he tried to get away.
