Officers arrested a suspect they believe shot and killed a man and a woman in an East Dallas apartment early Friday morning. 
The incident occurred around 3am when witnesses say they heard a loud noise and about 4 or 5 gunshots.
Two victims Urania De Jesus,34 and Fredi Mercado,31 were later found deceased inside the apartment by officers. 
Leo Ted Pintor,40 was arrested and charged with capital murder for the death of both victims.
He is in Dallas County jail on $1,000,000 bond.
