On May 1, a 15-year-old, known as Baby K, and two other teens, got onto a school bus and attacked another teenager, in Prince County, Maryland.

Records show that Baby K pointed a firearm at the teen and pulled the trigger at least twice. However, because the gun jammed, he hit the victim on the head with the weapon, instead, as the other teens punched and struck the child.

After a lengthy search, Baby K, was apprehended on Tuesday, at around 2:40 p.m., by the U.S. Marshals. He is being charged as an adult in the matter.

Additionally, three other teens, including a 14-year-old girl who is accused of organizing the attack, are in custody. They have all been charged with attempted murder and will be charged as adults as of now.

Records show that Baby K is also linked to a killing in Washington D.C. He is said to have killed the sister of one of the defendants involved in the bus occurrence.
