Dallas police are searching for suspects in a black Mercedes they say opened fire on them during a routine traffic stop.
According to reports officers tried to conduct a traffic stop on the 2700 block of Carpenter Ave and when the car pulled over the passenger stuck his head out the window and open fire at the officers.
The officers then returned fire and the suspects sped off and remain at large.
No injuries were reported and this investigation is ongoing.
