A man was taken into custody after he shot and killed a teen in Dallas Monday night.
Around 9 p.m. officers responded to a shooting call on the 7900 block of Great Trinity Forest Way. Upon arrival officers located the victim, 17 year old Camyron Gaines, lying on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries. It was later determined that Gaines was shot by 18 year old Lorenzo Torres.
Torres was later arrested and charged with murder. His bond is set at $510,000.00.
