A Denton County grand jury indicted a Dallas teenager on a capital murder charge Thursday.
Jazmin Lopez,19 was arrested last year after she admitted to giving birth to a baby girl at home on February 4.
Then she went to a Home Depot and bout flowers and a flowerpot to place her in and took her to Perry Cemetery in Carrolton and left her there.
A caretaker found the baby and notified police.
Lopez is out on a $250,000 while she awaits trial.
She is also facing a tampering with evidence charge.
