1kviews

The Texas Senate passed a bill Tuesday allowing dog owners to bring their pet into the outside dining areas of restaurants.
Senator Kelly Hancock introduces the bill stating it would be a great way for pet owners to spend more time with their dogs.
According to SB476 restaurants with outside patios and restaurants that do not cook on their patios will be able to apply for the permit.
They will also have to post visible signs where dogs are allowed and that the dogs will not be able to enter through the main entrance of the restaurants.
The bill also says that dogs must be on a leash at all times and they are not allowed on seats or tables.
