Three juvenile escapees have been caught. The security guard who assisted them with fleeing from the Ware Youth Center was captured, too. They were located at a motel, in Texas, after going missing.

The group had been traveling in a 2010 Pontiac G6.

The Red River Parish Sheriff’s Office, in Louisiana, stated that the teens got away, close to 3 a.m., on Saturday. They say that Victoria Tune, a 21-year-old WYC security guard, helped them.

Tyjuan Lafitte, 17, Jeremiah Durham, 15, and Na’Varaya Lane, 17, were named as the escapees.

All of the teens had been in custody in relation to violent felony crimes. Lafitte was charged with attempted first-degree murder, Durham armed robbery, and Lane attempted second-degree murder.

Officers with Houston’s Police Department had been keeping watch on Tune’s vehicle used in the escape. It had been parked at a hotel for multiple hours. Once Tune, the escapees, and a family member of an escapee went back to the vehicle, they were arrested.

The escapees and Tune will be extradited back to Louisiana. More charges will come as a result of the escape. Tune will be charged with three counts of accessory to simple escape, officials say.
