Toddler Dies After Accidentally Being Ran Over By Moms Boyfriend

An Alabama toddler was killed Saturday when his moms boyfriend accidentally ran him over.
Ivan Aguilar, who is 19 months was found deceased around 9pm under his moms boyfriend’s truck.
According to reports Aguilar wandered out of his mothers home on Nixon Chapel Rd.
The boyfriend moved his truck unaware of the child being underneath.
When the mother noticed her son missing they went to look for the toddler and found him deceased under the truck.
The Marshall County Sheriffs said no foul play was detected and no charges will be filed.
