Two Suspects Arrested In Shooting Death Of Bowie High School Student

Two males have been arrested and charged with the murder of a Bowie High School student last week.
According to reports the victim Anthony Strather,17, Marcus Hendrix,17 and a witness were standing on Cliffside Dr outside of a friends house when Elijah Washington,18 and a group of males approached them in an angry manner.
Words were exchanged and Hendrix and Washington began fighting.
Hendrix was knocked to the ground and several other people started to jump in.
Strather stepped in to try and stop the fight when two suspects Alexander Onyeador,18 and Keyon Flynn,18 pulled out weapons and opened fire striking Strather, Hendrix and an innocent bystander inside the home.
Strather was transported to an area hospital and pronounced dead, Hendrix and the homeowner were also transported to a hospital and treated for non life threatening injuries.
A witness later spoke with police and told them he knew who the gunmen were and that they were affiliated with the street gang MUH.
Officers were able to use the information and arrest both Onyeador and Flynn and charge them with murder. They are both being held on a $200,000 bond.
Onyeador was placed in Arlington City Jail and also charged with engaging in criminal activity and given an additional bond of $15,000.
Flynn was placed in Tarrant County Jail and also charged with aggravated robbery and has not been given a bond for that charge yet.
