Two 19 year old teens were indicted for the murder of Brandoniya Bennett,9 Thursday.
Davonte Benton,19 and Tyrese Simmons,19 were both charged with Bennett’s death back in August when she was shot and killed while sitting inside her apartment watching tv.
Simmons came to the apartments upset looking for Benny Fountain,17 because of a diss song he wrote about him and shot through the wrong apartment striking and killing Bennett.
Simmons later went and turned himself into Dallas Police Department after being listed as a suspect.
