Video: A mother in the Dallas Area is looking for answers after her daughter was found severely beaten up following a car crash

On September 28, around 5 a.m., 16 year old Aaliyah Jackson was rushed to an area hospital in critical condition.

According to officers Aaliyah was a passenger inside of a vehicle that had been in a wreck near I-45 and I-30. When officers arrived it was determined that the driver and another passenger had fled the scene.

Aaliyah’s mother, LaRhonda Jackson, said her daughter suffered multiple fractured bones throughout her body and that her ear was partially ripped off.

LaRhonda said her daughter left early that morning with an alleged friend and believes she was beaten up before the crash. Doctors also told LaRhonda that her daughters injuries were not consistent with the crash she was in.

A viral video showing Aaliyah being severely beaten was also posted to social media and LaRhonda is wondering why her daughter was left for dead.

Aaliyah still remains hospitalized and is undergoing speech therapy and rehab. Doctors are also monitoring the teens brain functioning.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to please come forward.
