A man from Waco has been placed in jail after sexual assault allegations came from a woman who stated that she also believed that she was drugged.
43-year-old W.B. McKinney was apprehended after an investigation was done by the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested on a second-degree felony sexual assault warrant subsequent to the 34-year-old woman stating that she was sexually assaulted on July 24 as she was camping at a lake.
The woman said that she had been camping with friends “and felt she had been drugged and the sex was not consensual,” an arrest complaint noted.
McKinney was identified as the suspect by the victim through a photo array on September 9.
An observer at the campsite disclosed to detectives that he witnessed McKinney get out of a hammock where the said victim had been laying.
“The witness also stated the victim was not aware of what had occurred between herself and McKinney,” the complaint noted.
McKinney was placed in jail, and his bond was set at $15,000.
Why did she wait so long to accuse him on this? Something doesn’t seem right.
Why is his bond so low?
Why she didn’t call the police the same day?
They should look deep in to this she should be lie on him.
