27 year-old Lauren Hunter Daman, a Georgia Webcam model, performed an alleged sex stunt that went wrong.
On November 9, officials received a call for an “accidental gunshot wound.” When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found Hunter alone in her room, holding a 9mm unloaded handgun and spent casing. She told police that she had shot herself in the vagina.
One of Daman’s housemates, Jordan Allen, told authorities that the woman has ‘subscribers’ on a sexual web platform called Chaturbate. There, people watch Daman create sex recordings for money. He assumed that she harmed herself while making one of those type of videos.
Daman was transported to a hospital where she stayed for more than a week.
No charges have been filed against Daman in the occurrence that authorities call “reckless conduct.” However, her story changed several times, including stating the gun went off while having consensual sex with Allen.
