Rapper Drake is being sued for $4 billion dollars by a woman that trespassed on his Los Angeles property.
According to reports, Mesha Collins broke into the artist home, drank his liquor and then locked herself in a room, while he was away.
She had to be physically removed from the home by police and had to post a $100,000 bond.
She claims the rapper used her name and likeness for his product endorsements, music and etc. Collins is now suing Drake also claiming he is doxxing her address.
Although Drake did not file charges against the woman because he felt she had personal issues.
Collins turned around and sued Drake and his legal team. Drake’s legal team is now fighting to have the case thrown out.
Furthermore, Drake claims he does not know the woman’s name and was never given any information including her name when his home was broken into.
Drake’s attorney believes this is some delusional fan that believes if she files the lawsuit she will be able to meet the rapper.
Collins has not retained an attorney.
