A woman was struck and killed by a vehicle late Tuesday night in Fort Worth.
Officers responded to a pedestrian struck call on E. Berry St and Riverside Dr around 10pm.
Upon arrival they found an unresponsive woman laying in the street.
Emergency crews arrived and pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Authorities believe the woman was walking in the roadway when she was struck by a pickup truck.
The vehicle fled the scene before officers could arrive.
Investigators believe they have enough evidence to locate the vehicle and driver.
