Woman Killed In Hit And Run While Checking Tire

A woman was killed in a hit and run accident late Thursday night while checking her tires in Dallas.
According to reports the accident happened on the 5800 block of Great Trinity Forest Way when a woman was driving and her tires became flat.
The victim lost control and went into a grassy area when she got out of the car to check on her tires she was struck by an unknown vehicle.
The vehicle did not stop to render aid and the woman was pronounced dead on the scene.
Detectives are investigating the accident and asking the public if they have any information regarding this crash to contact Dallas police.
