On May 15, around 1:45 a.m., officers responded to a shooting call at a sports bar on the 4400 block of W. Illinois Avenue. Upon arriving they learned that two victims had been transported by private vehicles to an area hospital. One of the victims died at the hospital and the other suffered non life threatening injuries.
