The investigation was initiated after complaints were made about inappropriate behavior during massage sessions at the spa, located at 151 W. Spring Creek Parkway, Suite 501B. Police stated that the suspect, 49-year-old Gang Li, did not hold a valid massage therapy license until May 19, 2025. It has not been disclosed how long Li had been working at the spa. His license is currently under review by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation....
