Dallas police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred over the weekend.
At approximately 3:00 a.m. on August 30, 2025, officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 2400 block of 52nd Street. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. Emergency personnel pronounced him dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made at this time.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office is assisting with identifying the victim.
The case is still under investigation.
