A serious multi-vehicle crash in Far Northeast Dallas on Monday afternoon left five individuals injured when the driver of a semi-truck lost consciousness. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. at the intersection of Plano Rd. and Miller Rd., involving a total of five vehicles, including a DART bus. Emergency responders reported that one of the injured individuals is in serious condition. The identities of those involved have not been released, and the accident is currently under investigation.
