Shooting in Westside San Antonio

Around 2 p.m. on Thursday, police arrived at the scene of a reported shooting in progress at the corner of Potosi Street and 21st Street.

When police arrived, they learned that three men who had been cutting a tree near the intersection when two suspects approached who began a confrontation.

During the confrontation, one victim was shot in the leg, and the suspects fled the scene.

According to police officers on the scene, the victim refused to cooperate and was transported to a hospital in stable condition to be treated.
