On Sunday, a teenage girl is said to have fatally stabbed another teen girl, 16-year-old Naima Liggon, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred during a dispute over McDonald’s sauces.
Authorities say that both teens, from Waldorf, Maryland, had ordered food from the McDonald’s. After they entered the same car together, the two then got into a disagreement over the sauces that had been provided, resulting in the stabbing.
The other teen was apprehended and charged with second-degree murder while armed. Authorities discovered a knife in her possession when she was apprehended.
Liggon was enrolled at Thomas Stone High School in Waldorf. She was supposed to begin the new school year on Monday.
