A 16 year old is facing felony charges in Maryland after a 15 year old student said she was raped in the high school bathroom Monday.
According to reports investigators say the victim and suspect agreed to meet in the restroom at Reservoir High but the victim said she did not agree to any type of sexual activities.
The girl reported the incident to a school counselor who then contacted police.
The student was arrested Wednesday and charged with second degree rape, second degree assault and a fourth degree sex offense.
