A man is in custody facing three counts of aggravated assault after three people were shot while at the State Fair of Texas.
On October 14 officers responded to a shooting call at the Tower in the State Fair of Texas, around 7:45 p.m.
Upon arriving they found two adult males and an adult female suffering from gunshot wounds. All three victims were transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.
While investigating officers learned that 22 year old Cameron Turner was responsible for the shooting and had fled the scene before they arrived.
Turner was later arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated assault.
This investigation remains ongoing.
