A 3 year old child was struck and killed by a truck in Grand Prairie Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities say the incident happened around 5:30 p.m., on the 6300 block of Mirabella Blvd when 3 year old Kaiden Kelly ran into the street and was struck by a Dodge truck.
The driver of the truck did stop to render aid and is not expected to face any criminal charges.
The child was rushed to an area hospital but died from his injuries.
No further details have been released at this time.
