Alicia Landry, Widow Of Cowboys Longtime Coach Tom Landry, Passes Away At 91

On Thursday, Legendary Dallas Cowboys coach Tom Landry, widow, Alice Landry passed away at the age of ninety-one.
Alicia Landry was born in Georgia, but grew up in Dallas, attending Hockaday and Highland Park High School.
A statement was released from the Cowboys in regards to the Landry family,- “The Jones family and the Dallas Cowboys extend their deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Landry family on the passing of Alicia Landry.”
It was said the two met on a blind date at the University of Texas, in which they described as “a match literally made in heaven.”
Until 2000, when Tom Landry died, the two had been married for approximately 51 years.
Instead of flowers, the family has asked for donations to the North Texas FCA at www.northtexasfca.org/donation or to the Highland Park United Methodist Church in Memory of Alicia Landry.
No announcements have been made as of late about the memorial service.
