When Emmanuel was 6 and in the Dominican Republic, he was playing on a wall, and it fell on him. Two hours later, his father was able to free him. But, he lost his arm in the process.
Later on, he started playing basketball. He came to the United States after getting a scholarship to play for Life Christian Academy in Florida.
Many who have seen him play are impressed with his skills, saying some with two arms can’t do some of things he has done.
“It’s not about what I want to achieve or do in life; its what God wants for me,” Emmanuel declared.
