China Sued For The Coronavirus By Missouri

1.4kviews

It seems as though Missouri has had enough with the coronavirus. As of Tuesday, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a lawsuit against the Chinese Government, The Chinese Communist Party and Other Officials, stated that China had withheld information concerning the Coronavirus, as well as arrested the people who tried to warn others (whistleblowers) and denied the fact that COVID-19 was contagious.
“The Chinese Government lied to the world about the danger and contagious nature of COVID-19, silenced whistleblowers, and did little to stop the spread of the disease. They must be held accountable for their actions. ”
The lawsuit could contain these charges as stated by Schmitt “ Civil Penalties and Restitution, Abatement of the Public Nuisance, Cessation of Abnormally Dangerous Activities, Punitive Damages, and more.”
