A man has turned himself into police and admitted to killing a teen boy in Dallas.
Thomas Brown,17 was shot and killed Tuesday evening near the 1800 block of Bickers Street and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say Eugene Webb,26 turned himself into Dallas police Wednesday and admitted to shooting the teen in the face.
Webb was arrested and charged with manslaughter and was placed in Dallas County Jail. He posted bail Thursday morning.
Detectives are investigating the incident to see what led up to the shooting they believe it may have been accidental.
No additional information has been realeased.
