Dallas Pedestrian Struck And Killed In Hit And Run

On June 7, around 2:20 a.m., officers responded to a hit and run call on the 2800 block of W. Northwest Highway.

When Dallas police responded to the scene they learned that a man and woman were crossing W. Northwest Highway, east of Community Drive. At that time a white Dodge Challenger was traveling east on Northwest Highway when he struck the woman. There were no license plates on the Challenger.

The driver of the Dodge Challenger did not stop to render aid. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene and the man she was with was uninjured.
