On December 11, shortly before 6 p.m., Dallas police were notified about a shooting victim transported to a Mesquite hospital.
Officers responded to the call and learned that the shooting occurred on the 10500 block of Lake June Road.
According to authorities the victim, an adult male, was taken to a nearby hospital by a private vehicle. He later died from his injuries at the hospital.
No arrest have been made at this time. This investigation is ongoing.
