Plano police are investigating after discovering a deceased woman’s body near a creek Saturday morning.
Officers responded to a welfare check near a creek on Legacy Dr and Marchman Way and once they arrived they found a deceased woman.
The woman was later identified as Sarmistha Sen,43, a Plano resident.
Police have a person of interest already in custody on burglary charges.
