After 12 days, Felicia Johnson still hasn’t been found.

The 24-year-old woman, from California, had traveled to Houston for her birthday when she went missing.

An investigation is being conducted by the Houston Police Department. Meanwhile, a $5,000 reward is being provided to anyone who has information about the case.

Johnson’s father hopes that this will compel someone to come forward. “I don’t know the exact circumstances, but somebody is holding her against her will,” Kevin Johnson stated.

The father said that Johnson had arrived in Houston on April 13. She had been staying at a hotel in the medical center. On April 15, an Uber dropped her off at Cover Girls gentlemen’s club near West Little York. Her father says that Felicia wanted to make extra money.

After not being hired, Felicia caught a ride with an unidentified man when her Uber didn’t arrive on time. No one has seen or heard from her since. Later, her cell phone was found covered with blood on Eldridge Parkway close to Bear Creek Park.

On April 20, Felicia’s father arrived in Houston and connected with Activist Quanell X and a private investigator.

The investigator has told Mr. Johnson that he thinks that his daughter has been trafficked.

After three days of searching the area where Felicia’s phone was discovered, Texas EquuSearch is now leaning on HPD to help  proceed with the efforts.

The lawyer for Cover Girls stated that the business is cooperating with authorities and are handing over any important surveillance footage.

Felicia’s father is hoping somebody comes forward soon.

“Find it in your heart to have some compassion for human life,” Kevin Johnson said.

Relative’s of Felicia are now organizing a demonstration in front of City Hall so that the case will get Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner’s attention.
