Lawsuit Filed Against Kellogg’s Over Pop-Tarts

Kellogg’s food company is being sued over accusations that their strawberry filling in Pop-Tarts have very few berries.

Elizabeth Russett, from New York, is heading the class action lawsuit that claims that the pastry has many other fruits in it.

The claim states the Pop-Tarts have pears and apples more than strawberries; therefore, it is not as high in nutritional value as advertised.

Russett wants the company to fix their labels and pay over $5 million in damages.
