Man Arrested After Killing Wife And Stepson In Grand Prairie

A man was arrested in Grand Prairie Sunday after he shot and killed his wife and stepson.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 7000 block of Monet Lane and when they arrived they found an adult male and female deceased inside the home from apparent gunshot wounds.
The suspect Ricky Edwards,50 called police and was arrested at the scene and charged with capital murder.
The victims were later identified as Portia Williams-Edwards,46 and Kameion Kitchen,28.
This shooting investigation is ongoing.
