Man Arrested After Robbing CVS With Note, Demanding Pills

23-year-old Thomas Mues, of Jacksonville, Florida, was apprehended after robbing a CVS store in Orlando, Florida.

Authorities say that the incident occurred on Friday evening at Curry Ford and Conway Roads.

Reports indicate that Mues went into the CVS at about 6 p.m. and gave a worker a note, stating that he had a firearm. He added that he would begin shooting if he wasn’t given the pills listed.

Mues was apprehended following a foot pursuit after he was seen leaving the CVS when police got to the scene.

Detectives say that Mues confessed to going to Orlando to carry out his plan and also admitted to other similar robberies in Central Florida.

Mues has been charged with robbery, trafficking, and possession.
