Dallas police are searching for a man that allegedly shot and killed another man in a business parking lot Saturday night.
On April 29, around 7:40 pm officers responded to a shooting call on the 1200 block of Red Bird Lane.
Upon arrival they found the victim, 38 year old Clovis Dawayne Braxton, in a business parking lot suffering from a gunshot. Braxton was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
It was said that the male suspect fled the scene wearing a black shirt and orange Nike shorts. He was on foot and ran north on University Hills Boulevard toward Ledbetter Drive.
This shooting investigation remains ongoing.
