An investigation is underway after a man was found fatally shot inside an apartment in Dallas Friday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting call at the Whispering Hills apartments located on the 6900 block of Cockrell Hill Rd.
Upon arrival they found a man unresponsive inside an apartment with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency crews arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Detectives are working to determine the circumstances surrounding what led up to the fatal shooting. At this time no arrest have been made.
This investigation remains ongoing.
