A man is in custody after fatally stabbing another man behind Big T Bazaar Wednesday morning.
On November 8, around 10:45 a.m., officers responded to a stabbing call on the 4500 block of Village Fair Drive. Upon arrival they located an unresponsive man with a stab wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
While investigating officers learned that the victim got into a fight with 39 year old Jarrod Martin, who stabbed the victim.
Martin was transported to a local hospital with non life threatening injuries. He has since been booked into Dallas County Jail for murder. His bond is set at $1,000,000.
The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.
