Man who tried to grab child at an elementary school during recess is a registered sex offender.
Solomon Galligan was arrested Friday after police said he tried to grab a child at Black Forest Hills Elementary School. This happened on Aurora, Co.
Galligan was convicted in 2011 on a charge of nonconsent sexual contact, according to the affidavit.
Galligan was arrested by Aurora Police on suspicion of second-degree kidnapping. He’s being held in the Arapahoe County jail under $25,000 cash or surety bond.

Pretty sad they barely gave him a high bond! That’s what wrong now…they slap them on the hands and don’t do nothing. A dog gets put to sleep for biting a child. Humans need same punishment!!
