Sensitive Video: Mother Killed, 3 Others Injured During Street Fight In Memphis; Man Arrested And Charged With Murder

A large group fight involving a bunch of teens and adults, in Tennessee, leaves a young mother dead.

According to reports the incident occurred on the 1300 block of Quinn Avenue, around 7 p.m., when officers received a call regarding a large fight and gunshots.

Upon arriving officers found several people at the scene and multiple people suffering from gunshot wounds.

While investigating officers learned it was a huge fight amongst a group of teens that turned deadly when 42 year old Je’On Davis grabbed a gun and shot Tamara Plummer. Plummer died at the scene.

Plummer’s daughter, 20 year old Destiney Plummer, then picked up a gun and began shooting at Davis. Two women and a girl were shot and transported to an area hospital where the girl was listed in critical condition.

Davis was arrested at the scene and charged with first degree murder and being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun.

Destiney Plummer, the victims daughter, was also arrested and charged with reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. She was given a $5000 bond that was posted Friday morning.
