Mother Killed When Daughter And Man Scuffle Over Gun

An Arlington woman died after her daughter and a man got into an altercation at an apartment complex on Cottoncreek Drive.

On August 10, the 19 year-old and a 23 year-old male, Bobby Davis, were having a heated argument. Then, they began tussling over a gun that was inside of his car. Suddenly, the gun went off, hitting the 38 year-old mother who was close to them.

Davis was apprehended and placed in the Arlington jail for possession of marijuana.

Furthermore, after talking with authorities at the police department, the woman’s daughter was let go.

Ultimately, authorities and the Tarrant County DA will discuss charges that will pursue related to the woman’s death. Additionally, the victim’s identity has not been revealed as of yet.
