Mother Of Six Found Fatally Stabbed Multiple Times Inside Minivan; Boyfriend In Custody

A mother of six was found brutally stabbed to death inside a minivan in Philadelphia Saturday morning.

Authorities responded to a call regarding a deceased person inside of a gold Honda Odyssey on the 5300 block of Chestnut Street.

The woman reportedly suffered from multiple stab wounds to her body and one to her face. Authorities have a 34 year old male as a person of interest in custody but no arrest have been made.

Police found the weapon at the scene still lodged in the victims head. They also have surveillance footage of who is believed to be the victims boyfriend jumping inside the van and assaulting her.

It is believed that the victim is Ashley Lockhart, a mother of six daughters between the ages of 3 months and 10 years.
